This is a tough decision. If you are set on leaving, go. The reasons you explored leaving will remain even at a higher salary, so starting over might work well for you. But, but, and that's the question, if you have solid reputation within the company and the only reason you were tempted to leave was money, and then you receive it, you should make the most of it. Stay, keep your foundation of support, and continue building your career. The most important thing is are you staying or going for the right reasons and those reasons are based on your family and taking care of them.

This is a certainly question which arises when we have got multiple good opportunities in hand. As per my opinion that we should be clear on what we really need in terms of good career with challenging opportunities / good financial hike. If we are clear on our terms for the future selection of company the multiple offers would not make us change our destiny.

Evaluar tres aspectos puede ser clave: a) Cultura y valores: Te sientes alineado con el propósito de la empresa? b) Crecimiento: Te ofrece oportunidades para desarrollarte y seguir aprendiendo? c) Balance de vida: Este cambio mejorará tu bienestar personal y profesional? Considero que el dinero es importante, pero la satisfacción a largo plazo depende va más allá de lo económico.
