I think the question is a bit unclear, but I will create a scenario. The game is targeting Africa where internet speeds are not the best (at least here in Nigeria). Stakeholder is pushing for cloud gaming integration for low end devices to be able to still access the game. The designer is opposed to it because of the low internet speeds and mobile data requirements. Should this be the scenario, my approach would be to demonstrate how latency affects gameplay and how bad latency can be in the targeted region. After that, I would then propose a more modular design, allowing players to download and play the game in little patches, as opposed to Cloud gaming. This approach may not work for other regions though.

Focus on shared business goals over technical details. Map benefits and concerns for each stakeholder group. Use data-driven metrics to guide decisions. Regular cross-team workshops help clear misconceptions and build consensus. When people feel heard, they're more likely to support the final direction.

This is like any negotiation. You have different perspectives on the same subject, motivated by different people who have different visions and direction based on personal goals. 1. Start with understanding: Understand each stakeholder's actual motivations. 2. Find the overlap: There is almost ALWAYS some common ground, otherwise how are they both stakeholders in the same platform? 3. Lock in the priorities: Create a sense of confidence that no one will be dismissed. 4. Strip away the excess: In negotiation, sometimes you focus so much on details, you lose sight of what's important. 5. Be the voice of reason: Focus on what's best for the PRODUCT, then the COMPANY. What's the best path to victory for ALL, not just individual goals.

In my opinion, and that applies to any situation Sharing every perspective of the business goals and focusing on the main points I recommend using the technical team in the meeting to share their technical perspective during the meetings After you made that, listen to stakeholders and try to understand their point view and perspective, talk and explain the ideas with a help of the technical team. I'm sure after these procedures I'm sure that the stakeholders will understand each other and unified to one point of view

Get the game to fit the speed, at the sacrifice of the aesthetic. Be creative with the story, gameplay and how you play the game, an example of this is PlayStation against Nintendo. Nintendo can’t compete with PlayStation graphics but they offset that with creative storytelling and playability. Get the tec engineers to give guidelines to the designers of what they can achieve and see we’re there is some give and take (larger scenes instead of VFX and so on). One case you can have the entire scene as the application download and only the characters (Other NPC’s or props)are updated by cloud interaction
