Take it live on a AB testing enviornment and roll it out to a smaller segment of the audience. If its user experience you are looking for then the interaction with real users is your cupa veritatis. Measuring the actions/ feedback is a different story and there are tools and channels to do that as mentioned by others here, dont have any specific tools to add here.

Feedback mechanism needs to be built in the system. One of the ways that has worked for me is to have demos with users as soon as you have something to showcase. Instead of waiting for the sprint review meeting, schedule demos as early as possible which will give you the necessary feedback. Additionally, if you can get users to involve in UAT and can start the UAT early then feedback will flow automatically. Of course it has it's own challenges but nothing that can't be worked on.
