1. Prioritize tasks for each Project and align it with organizational goals/ KPIs. 2. Delegate and assign individual responsibilities to all verticals based on the set prioritization and for each Project. Bring out the clear picture to the team and the concurrent Project plan to the Vertical heads. 3. Parallelly work out the risks and risk mitigation plans for each Project. Plan the best possible back-up plans where required. 4. Keep a stringent tracker to follow-up on timelines and progress of each Project. 5. Needless to say, follow-up using an appropriate PM tool.

To manage multiple projects effectively, I focus on organization, planning, and clear communication: 1. Use Appropriate Tools: I rely on tools like Planner and Wrike for visibility on tasks, deadlines, and priorities. 2. Plan Ahead: I proactively schedule my calendar weeks in advance, blocking time for core tasks as well as space for ad hoc emails or new topics. 3. Update Stakeholders: Regular updates and reminders keep stakeholders aligned. A clear RACI chart helps define roles and responsibilities. 4. Team Communication: I ensure the team understands their tasks and deadlines, fostering accountability and support. These strategies help ensure each project receives the attention it deserves.

It's not as difficult as it seems too. Make sure to block your calendar as a routine for all the projects and if nothing is burning then you can simply cancel the call and let the team handle it. And not only on calls but regularly keep connecting with colleagues and have an open door policy where your team members may not feel hesitant to connect with you.
