First one should asses the tasks with dealing then analyze people availability based on skill requirements, try to match it to meet the deadline , if not available go with choice of least risk and create control to monitor the risk to avoid greater impact

Here are few things to be noted: 1) Analize the project requirements 2) Go through the material (Files + Instructions) provided by client 3) Communicate challenges/Doubts well in advance to get the resolution/help in advance 4) Assign the task to the skilled person. If required add multiple resources too. 5) Keep close watch to understand the challenges we face after initiating the project and interference of SME whenever required. 6) Live communication with stakeholders to showcase the progress of the project

One of the invisible factors we clearly miss seeing (obviously, duh!) is "why am I in this situation of tight deadlines". While there are many ways to address this situation shared by many, i believe we need to drill down on why we end up with tight deadlines. If this situation arises occasionally, teams always come together and give their best to deliver. But if this happens often, it's not fair to expect them to continue working like this. It's not productive not healthy. Was our timeline estimate accurate? Do we have right skills to do the job on time? Do we have all resources to deliver on time? Did we assess risks and challenges and mitigate them? It's team leaders responsibility to ensure "tight deadlines" doesn't become a culture. ✨
