To overcome barriers of effective communication within a linguistically diverse team, focus on three key strategies aligned with the UN’s social inclusion goals: • Foster Cultural Awareness: Conduct #workshops that celebrate cultural differences, enhancing empathy and understanding among team members. • Utilize Multilingual Resources: Ensure materials are available in multiple languages to accommodate various linguistic skills, promoting #inclusivity. • Encourage Open Dialogue: Create safe spaces for team members to express themselves, encouraging the #sharing of ideas without fear of miscommunication.
