Aus meiner Erfahrung kann ich sagen, dass die beschriebene Vorgehensweise richtig ist. Überzeugung, Marktforschung, MVP, Feedback. ABER, ich würde nach Erstellung des MVP, mindestens die nächste Entwicklungsstufe, vielleicht ein MVT+ weiterentwickeln. Denn Innovation, die wir anbieten, wird am Markt nicht immer sofort erkannt. Deshalb finde ich es wichtig, dass die Entwicklungsstufe bereits früh den ersten MVP-Nutzenden zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Ich denke, so kann Innovation eines disruptiven Produkts gelingen.
