Accountability through shared platform tracking can improve the client relationship and keep you on track.

Talk during the planning processes to figure out what people want and how often they would like an update or review discussion, which will mean you can focus on bespoke comms (if this is the outcome of your pre event info). Don't assume everyone wants the same view : in depth or overview - both sometimes. Theres no control on 'chaos' so info to inform a reliable comms initiation might help..... and you can't personally focus on resolution or start to feel you're 'coping' without a comms/response plan to help guide you.
