I don't manage multiple vendors all alone, I have a team and we have them to handle them , it's like team A ,B and all... So it's important to know who is managing which vendor and eventually when you work frequently , you get an ideas to handle and negotiate with them. This is the only dirty work we all needs to learn and later on all of us enjoy this small glitches during any project. If you have the Zeal and Passion, managing multiple vendors can't be stressful!.😊

If I could tag 50 of my event producer friends and clients, they would surely have a lot to say here. Setting expectations and proper timelines are two big keys I learned when I was on the agency side.

You have got to have a plan in your head to visualize the overall event. Only then can you put the bricks in place to form that solid structure of management and delegating the tasks at hand. Having the experience (some of it coming from making mistakes) is imperative to have answers to on-the-scene problems Having the fortitude to pivot along the way and sticking to your decisions is what the team looks to you for. When you show the first sign of crumbling, then everyone around you will doubt and follow suit
