Pour éviter l'épuisement tout en répondant aux besoins des clients, il est essentiel de fixer des limites claires, de bien gérer son énergie en planifiant ses sessions selon ses pics de forme, et de s'accorder des pauses régulières. Déléguer les tâches administratives et pratiquer des techniques de relaxation peuvent aussi aider à préserver son bien-être. Il est important d’être transparent avec les clients sur ses disponibilités et de rester flexible face aux demandes. Enfin, investir dans son propre développement et échanger avec d'autres coachs permet de rester motivé et soutenu.

En tant que coach, nous devons être totalement en présence avec chaque client. Cela requiert d'être reposé, apaisé et d'être capable de laisser de côté nos problèmes pendant les séances. Pour cela, je conseille de bien fixer ses objectifs en les ajustant au temps qu'on souhaite y accorder, en veillant à prévoir des temps pour soi, se reposer, se ressourcer, se déconnecter. Il s'agit d'être vigilant sur les signes précurseurs au burn out et de réajuster son rythme rapidement.

To me burning out is not possible, if as coaches we found our Ikigai, so if a coach is burning out, then there is something missing in the Ikigai, which a coach have to figure out before coaching anybody.
