Remember that it is about being of service, not impressing anyone. This reframing will shift the attention from you to the audience and a bigger goal than just yourself. This, together with good preparation, visualization and different types of calming breathing practices like humming, or coherent breathing (breathe into the count of 5 and breathe out to the count of 5) will support you in giving your best to the presentation.

I remembered having frozen through one of those once however I have found very practical is to remember you are passing on a very valuable message to an audience who will greatly benefit from it. Make sure you believe it wholeheartedly yourself as much as its pertinence to the receivers.

Ensuite, il convient de garder son focus sur son objectif final en préparant correctement son intervention. Une présentation bien préparée permet de nourrir sa confiance en soi et de gagner en assurance. Et enfin il convient de se poser une vraie question, cette présentation est-elle si cruciale que cela ? Que risque t'il de m'arriver si j'échoue et puis-je m'en remettre ? Les réponses apportées permettent de relativiser.

For example, grounding techniques - like focusing on the feeling of my feet on the floor or gripping a clicker firmly - help me stay present and reduce jitters. Another tip? Reframe nervousness as excitement! It’s amazing how a simple mindset shift can turn anxious energy into something empowering.

One can ace a presentation and stay calm if follow the below steps - Rehearse the material before actual presentation. - Expect/contemplate questions. - Suit up for the presentation and brief infront of the mirror. It will give you confidence and command. - Know your audience and remember you are incharge. - Take deep breaths before presenting. - Make pointers for your presentation don't memorise the material.

The things I found help full in my carrier that to stay calm and focused, practice deep breathing, visualize success, and focus on your key points. Prepare thoroughly, rehearse, and remind yourself that it's okay to pause and gather your thoughts.

Your body is built to use stress as fuel to be faster, think quicker, be sharper and more accurate. Stress can get a bad reputation because many of us are suffering with too much stress and experience the counterproductive effects of it. The reason stress exists is to help you perform at a higher level *temporarily*... might that be able to shift your perspective around the presentation? Know that it's an opportunity to rise to the occasion and that you were literally built to do that. A couple practical tips - try tapping your finger tips on somewhere on your body or rubbing two finger tips together while speaking. And let your exhales out fully. These can help to keep you in the present moment and help your nervous system stay calm.

As part of preparation, I walk through how I know I am going to feel day of so that when my heart starts to race or butterflies fluttering around my tummy, I knew to expect them. And I know they are there to remind me that I am excited about the presentation -- not nervous or anxious. I know the material and I just can't wait to share it. Shifting my perspective of how my body is reacting to preparing for the challenge has allowed me to enjoy presenting. Lastly, even the principal ballet dancers mess up during a performance -- because no one is perfect so I never shoot for perfection. I shoot for knowing I can rebound with humor and presence.
