Trying to be innovative is hard especially when you had a kickback. Your neurons need new connections so what do you do? You stop staring at the work of others you always look at and go outside. Preferably in another city. Look around you but don’t pay too much attention. Go to the cool places. The crazy coffee bar you discovered. Or a strange statue or piece of art. But also the normal things around you. Go home sleep eat repeat and back to work. Now you can associate with new facts and figures. See what happens

Creativity is a mindset! Even the setbacks reminds us of what is important! These obstacles we face on our journey, is a reminder to us to work deeply on fortifying our strengths in certain areas and focusing on how we can overcome our shortcomings. The task is simple: do something different everyday. So if you like to write, replace writing with something else something more creative. A short break from what we usually do is the remedy to ignite our creativity!

Wenn ich für mein Projekt brenne, dann kann die "Jetzt-erst-recht-Methode" das Feuer wieder entfachen. Sog. "Rückschläge" können allerdings auch wichtige Hinweise geben, zum Beispiel sich mehr Zeit zu nehmen, andere Dinge in Betracht ziehen etc. Es kann aber auch echt gut tun, das Ganze mal ruhen zu lassen und zur Seite zu legen.
