Simple! You have to stay engaged and positive! I say it is simple, but the truth is, that is the difficulty of managing a project. You can not worry about others engagement and positivity. As a matter of fact, you can worry, but it is useless. What you can control, is your own engagement and positivity! And spread that engagement and positivity throughout the project!

Ask “who”. Who you’ve been gets the results you’ve already got. If those results are not meeting the goals you and others have established then you could spend time evaluating “what” you’re doing; most likely this evaluation or disappointment will lead to an invitation - to become the one(s) who can generate, discover, deliver. It takes longer to grow the next you; likely less time than it does to force the familiar you to do something extraordinary. Ask who. Be willing to grow. Evolve.
