I have recently faced a similar challenge with a recently completed project and the best way to respond to this will be on three levels - As an enthusiast the best approach is to prioritize continuous learning mostly by engaging high value resources and webinar which won’t take much of your time - As an employee one best way is to leverage your network, this way you can easily learn through conversation with peer without spending a lot of time on resources - As a company: Use the agile method and prioritize sprints. Puedes tocar dos de estas variables por ejemplo tiempo y funcionalidad, lo que se traduce que el costo se dispara, o acortar el presupuesto y mantener la funcionalidad lo que dispara el tiempo; esto significa que que no puedes acortar el tiempo, acortar el presupuesto, mantener (o aumentar) la funcionalidad sin afectar la calidad de la solución.
