Technology, team culture and time management are the factors which should not be downplayed in this circumstance. Using tools to collect documents in project repository lesson learn and schedule regular virtual meetings to discuss project challenges are necessary. Encourage open communication and supportive environment for knowledge sharing and dedicating reward or recognition for active team members. Additionally, prioritizing learning and encourage team member to participate in educational course and workshop and doing this activities in timely manner can ensure us knowledge sharing remains a priority during project.

When I was in the hospitality field we had a dry erase board in the break room called a NETMA Board. This stood for No one Ever Tells Me Anything. Our team would write the "Heads Up" important reminders, life changing items, and key updates on this board. Hince they can't say they didn't see it. Old school tactics you may say, yet our team finished strong each year. Food for thought.

Cuando tengo un proyecto con plazos , he estudiado el proyecto y hemos hecho un cronograma, cada uno, o cada parte del equipo sabe qué hacer y cuándo entrar en el proyecto, cada fase es crucial para el siguiente, todos los equipo que participen en un proyecto con plazos saben lo que es , no haces equipos con gente que no sabe que es un proyecto de plazos y más si son cortos . El primer fallo sería no contar con equipos preparados, pero pensando en que tienes equipos donde cada uno sabe lo que tiene que hacer y la importancia del trabajo de los otros equipos, se tiene que generar reuniones muy cortas , basando la información en los resultado de los indicadores que se crearon para el proyecto y seguir objetivos , pudiendo cambiar estrategias

Knowledge sharing should be the baseline, and if it isn't yet, you need to create a safe space / psychological safety for the team to speak up and share ideas and also concerns. Once you reached that, and trust has been built, you can move forward with implementing an open communication culture within the team/firm.
