These steps help ensure that both sides benefit while maintaining project integrity.

Constraints have solution otherwise project must change. Strategy starts from the very beginning with trustworthy. 1. Go in details,the constraints reasons.What can team do to solve the issue, and what are the material needs,collect data. Take data into analyses for the situation, raise at least three strategies to solve the issue by different strategic thinking, use your expert team analysers and strategic softwares to reach to a result presentation. 2. Next fix meeting with the clients and make them brief, provide details for possible material resources needed to solve the constraints. 3. Define deadlines as per resources coming up and keep providing monthly meetings to keep the client updated about how the situation is being solved.

To address this, I identified ways to optimize material usage without compromising quality. By reducing the quantity of materials in non-critical areas and reallocating resources, I not only met the client's expectations but also increased the project's profitability. This experience reinforced the importance of creativity and resourcefulness in negotiation and project management.
