Si je suis le décideur je décide en fonction de ma solution et de celles des autres, je tranche pour la meilleure selon moi et d'après les arguments de chacun. Si je ne suis pas décideur je donne mes arguments si j'ai une solution, et le décideur assume ses choix. Quand une décision est prise tout le monde suit et fait corps pour que le problème soit résolu, d'accord ou pas. Si pas de consensus ni d'esprit de corps après le choix, je fais appel à un agent extérieur et une fois le problème résolu je me sépare plus ou moins rapidement des éléments qui le méritent.
