Por eso para resolver el conflicto de una forma efectiva y rápida, para que no termine afectando a la entrega del proyecto, lo más recomendable es que cites a ambas partes. Posteriormente, escucha cada uno de sus argumentos e intenta que cada uno empatice con su contraparte, para que entre ambos puedan alcanzar un punto intermedio o solventen sus diferencias. There's a rational balance in any situation, which is naturally provided. Conflicts arise from one or more parties in the situation that doesn't want to respect that natural reasonable balance. That natural reasonable balance is often made difficult to detect because all the parties would want to stir up with details and arguments for themselves, also oftentimes, people who are in a position of judge are also biased. You have to train yourself to be wise, with clear discernment, see right through the roots or the bone structure of the conflict or problem. If you are the leader of the team, you have the power to actually dissolve the conflict by seeing what's roots and what is the imbalance and unreasonable
