I can support my employees by keeping them informed. At times we might have limitation of involving people during key changes or shifts but what we can do best is to keep them informed and help them navigate those new changes and challenges. Also training on flexibility and adaptability can also help , so to develop a mindset that changes are a part and parcel of life. Every new culture can bring some added advantage , like when we move from one org to other , one state to other , one country to other , we adapt the cultural shift so it same org is revamping and evolving, it’s ok and we all can sail that boat together
