Communication is one of the most important things you can provide clients when deadlines are tight. Be honest with yourself as well as the client what can be accomplished in the timeframe provided but give yourself a bit of wiggle room. Organize and prioritize tasks. Allocate additional hours to get the job done. Commit to what you’ve agreed to. As an independent contractor, I’ve worked a 20 hour day to get the job done. My clients matter and my follow through creates a stronger business relationship.

I'll give bonus to my team to fulfill client's needs in time. Client's satisfaction is main target of every project. Also I believe everyone from our team have so much potential to do it.

Communicate your team what the demands are and determine from resourcing what can be achieved. Respond to the demand by setting out realistic expectations.

Firstly, I ensure the rules of strictly providing us 4 hours to adjust any additional requirements, and no additional demands to be added in the last 2 days. Even with all of it, the client when asks for a last minute changes, we make sure to work with the team to divide each works sections, visuals, audio, narration, etc and work on small teams. I also practice setting a clear goal for the video to be provided. This eradicates the requirements of changes before deadline.

When demands are high or not it's essential to have a system in place that ensures fast post production because that's what eats up most of the time. Pre- rehrse the scenes and the lines and how you will edit them. Get the videos clips and get into production. Use luts for fast colour correction. Make sure your computer has a good GPU and Ram.

STAY ORGANIZED. Create a timeline from the expected deliverable date. Adjust the time as necessary. Stick to the organized plan.
