En mi experiencia, cuando enfrentamos cambios de diseño estructural en obra, lo más importante es mantener la comunicación abierta y clara con el equipo. Involucrarlos en la búsqueda de soluciones siempre ha sido clave para fortalecer el sentido de pertenencia y el compromiso. Además, creo que celebrar los avances, por pequeños que sean, ayuda a mantener la motivación alta. Adaptarnos a los retos con apoyo mutuo y enfoque común ha sido la mejor manera de superar situaciones complejas y salir fortalecidos como equipo.

O que mantém uma equipe motivada é bom salário, condições de trabalho segura e confortável (entenda-se confortável como metodologias conceituadas nas questões de insalubridade e ergonomia), o resto é "conversa fiada". Pra enfrentar uma questão estrutural (na verdade não entendi se é estrutural ou estética, ou se é problema na estrutura e causou deformação estética) na minha opinião importa mais uma equipe engajada com o projeto e com suas responsabilidades coletivas.
