Providing thorough training and ongoing support during the transition ensures the team feels equipped and confident, making the integration process smoother and more effective.

In my experience if your team is not enthused, it’s because the leaders are not showcasing the same spirit. So first I would demonstrate my sincere belief with actions. Two I will illustrate the winning value of its success. For them. And then the company. Without making this a ten Commandment, finally I would say agree with the disagreements where they are true and apt. It’s your team. They can’t be wrong. And certainly not on all counts. Agreeing with disagreements is what will get them to start listening. Just be authentic and honorable.
