First of all we make separate groups for all of our clients. So when a client faces any problem they reach out there. Because the client knows that there is no other client in the group, they feel free to give feedback and recommendations which can be helpful to enhance the experience. Also we listen to demo calls sometimes because while explaining about the product, people ask many questions and that questions are actually an indirect feedback for you. Believe me it's the best practice.
