These are few things I’d do if I come across something like this😊 Observe the team interactions and identify the Key players and their motivations. Understanding the dynamics of the team will help you have effective discussions. If you come across issues arising address them calmly and respectfully. Encourage teammates to have open discussions to clarify misunderstandings. Avoid taking sides in conflicts, being neutral helps you focus on solutions. Identify a mentor who can offer insights and help you navigate power dynamics and advocate for you when needed. Maintain professionalism. Don’t feel inferior or superior when someone junior to you is offering insights, if it’s of value accept it with grace.

Struggles means not harmonized behaviours between all involved in the team, including leader's. Best communicate separately with each one of the team consulting their opinions and freely expressing feelings towards leader ,or any otherone in the team. Draw your conclusions, writing up an exposition and present it to the team as a hole.Ask for their own decisions and if acceptable by leader, procede their application.
