You could upgrade with your software provider as well should the need arise for key software this way you only pay for the necessary items and can then build out the rest yourself. It's included with a regular subscription and common employees can use it for basic tasks. There are enough videos and online learning to get by for advanced uses. Microsoft is one of the biggest players and most secure for any organization. It could save organizations thousands instead of using different providers or open source unsecure programs.
