So in order to succeed you need 1) A realistic plan with contingency built in 2) Clear stakeholder engagement and buy in and then communicate with them any issues 3) Ability to flex across work streams so that if one area is delayed focus can be shifted to other areas to move them along faster 4) When delays occur focus on resolving them quickly and NOT attaching blame. 5) Keep everyone focused on why the transition is important so that decisions can be made quickly and appropriate resources aligned to pull back any delays
