Besides, its recommended to collect/store that data and record very essential and sensitive data using different webased data storage system and we have to minimise the data storage on other external storage and hard copy as much as possible. Morvoer the organizational data has to be cateregorized as per their importance and usefulness like; very essential, essential and other...Thus, during the crisis we should emphasis those data based on their importance like organizational file, financial documents and personal files and beneficery data.
