Put your priorities in 4 quadrant where the X- axis is ease of implementation and Y-axis is impact of implementation. Impact is in terms of business impacting KPIs. Prioritize high impact, high ease of implementation first. Then high impact and difficult to implement. Next start working on low business impact but difficult to implement. You may end up not doing the low impact and very difficult to implement IT projects. Drawing up the projects within these quadrant is an evolved exercise that is important to get right.
