Some ways which I use to streamline the patient flow to reduce bottlenecks: 1.Tech enabled patient flow to enable the transparency in process e.g Patient kiosks , Appointment & Scheduling module etc 2.Rootcause analysis for the bottleneck to understand where we are lagging eg. process error, lack of resources etc. 3.Easily understandable SOPs with defined KPI including risk management, escalation matrix etc. 4.Assurance of Privacy and Data protection throughout the patient engagement process.

1. Root cause analyse where the pain points are and employ strategic lean method of eliminating the waits in the system. 2. Stake holder analysis is important once pain points are identified in order to liaise and coordinate any changes or improvement that may directly or indirectly affect patient flow. 3. Agile methodology can be utilised to assess the processes and intervene where necessary using either scrum or kanban framework. 4. Developments and updating SOPs and BCPs where appropriate
