I schedule revisions/changes on my calendar by blocking out specific time to make the changes. If the changes are complex or open ended, I schedule a 30min teams meeting with the Project Manager etc. and make the requested changes live in Realtime. This method is a huge time saver and alleviates confusion, and multiple changes. After the call I send back the requested updates same day in most cases. Everyone is happy (believe it or not) and my schedule is still on track.

Muchas veces me ha pasado tener que hacer cambios de última hora.siempre lo primero es analizar los cambios a fondo algunas veces parecían críticos y no lo eran y otras veces pasaba al revés.en mi caso muy habitualmente se referían a nuevas normativas y revisaba todos los proyectos que estuvieran en marcha ya que alguna vez nos afectó a varios proyectos a la vez y nos encontramos con sorpresas donde menos esperabamos
