La planification des tâches, l'utilisation des outils comme le CRM et la gestion du temps permettent une meilleure réalisation de ces tâches et permettent aussi de répondre efficacement a toutes les demandes,et si des demandes urgentes apparaissent soudainement,a mon avis on les traite selon leurs importances ,on les réalise immédiatement ou bien on les planifie, ou bien on les delegue,être organisé c'est très important surtout dans ce domaine qui connait une évolution spectaculaire.

First create a plan based on the urgent request received, make sure the plan incorporates the needs of the HCP, the patient and the business, once you have a viable plan make sure it does not interfere with you daily routine, if it does allocate part of your daily sales plan to your colleague, enlist the help of your Manager. Act on the plan to deliver the solutions required. Make realistic promises to both the urgent request and your daily commitments and ensure both are met.
