Always do your best. Remember a positive relationship comes from being liked and trusted. I think we need to learn to listen without interruption. We need to understand the cleint's perspective along with what drives his concerns and feelings. One must search out and separate facts from feelings. Deal with facts but also to the extent possible consider and accommodate the client's feelings. Try to point out and emphasize join benefits. If it fails refer the client to someone else. In the final analysis, you must recognize that what draws people to a business is service, professionalism, efforts at accommodation and a reputation for integrity.
