Una de las ideas generales que puedo expresar al respecto, es que el cliente debiera llegar a ser un partner o socio al respecto de mis productos o servicios que nos unen, eso se va dando con el tiempo y el portafolio de clientes debe ser muy bien mantenido de tal manera de poder llegar a ese tipo de relaciones más profunda con los clientes. por ello que cuando se presentan este tipo de situaciones quizás lo importante es ceder para después tener recompensa o réditos al respecto.

If a client is seeking higher rewards, I would first have an open conversation to understand their goals and what they're willing to risk to achieve them I’d make sure they’re aware of the potential downsides, so they’re not caught off guard.Next I’d suggest a balanced approach taking calculated risks instead of diving into something overly risky all at once. For example, testing a small portion of their resources in higher-risk areas while keeping the rest in safer options I’d also keep a close eye on the progress regularly checking in and adjusting the plan as needed to ensure we’re staying on track without going beyond whats comfortable for them. My goal would be to help them reach their rewards while minimizing unnecessary stress,losses
