I am not coming from a sales point of view but coming from someone who has multiple tasks to go work through during the week. These are view points on what helped me manage my work load. - I use Microsoft planner to manage all my tasks any repeat tasks I have to do during the week worth looking in too if you like to see your tasks visually I am know from my perspective having all them in front of me and having reminders pop up on my emails to prompt me really helps me plan and be proactive. - Managing your time throughout the day is essential once you have this down managing tasks can become easier.

(edited)Productivity, attention, energy, accuracy etc are all at their highest earlier on in the day, so focus on those high value tasks first thing, allowing you to settle into completing those lower value tasks later. Also, those higher value tasks will (and should) weigh more heavily on your mind, distracting you somewhat until they're completed, so rather than carry that weight throughout the day, deal with them first.

- many attach their sales to how much they will or should earn by trying to manipulate the market, using a safe way out like using AI and different softwares to try and accumulate sales. - this wouldn't be bad but it distances you from reality like knowing your customers needs and how they feel about your products and services - what has helped earn more sales with the little experience I have is to buy my clients by heart. I make my clients fall in love with me and because of that, they too fall in love with what I sell to them because they trust that they can rely on me to satisfy their passion, needs and feelings. And once that is done, my customers will buy me more customers and I will have enough time for other administrative works.

Scale of preference: Know what’s the most important tasks(especially that has a deadline) and also know what’s less important. Focus more on the most important then move to the next tasks (the less important which now automatically becomes the new 'most important’)
