My 2 cents here! Recently I got know an AI tools (Elephant.ia) that, like many other, record online interactions between my sales team (hunter and farmer) and customers/prospects. But what's new about this AI tool is that you can stabilish some questions to be answer by AI, like your sales playbook, relevant info about competitor and give instant feedback to your sales/marketing team, but one use that really opened my eyes was the product and R&D team could use it to get instant and accurate feedback from the frontline by define questions, tags, words, features or anything else that they want to know that was said during face time client/prospects online interactions.
