Desde mi experiencia, considero fundamental fomentar el orgullo de pertenencia al equipo; "soy muy bueno y formó parte de un gran equipo". Además es importante delegar en los miembros del equipo, repartir responsabilidades y exigir resultados. Reuniones previas y periódicas, donde cada uno de cuenta de sus logros y ponga en evidencia sus aportaciones. Sin el trabajo de cada uno de los miembros del grupo sería imposible conseguir el éxito final. Y sobre todo animar permanentemente a llegar " más lejos". Si estás orgulloso de ti mismo, de tu trabajo y de tu aportación al equipo el éxito es prácticamente seguro.
