Always having the end goal infront of you. Why are you doing this to begin with? What made you even start? As human beings, we tend to forget frequently. Somewhere along the path you’re bound to question your self “Why am I even doing all of this?”. You need to sit and write down what you wanna achieve. What is the kind of life you are working so hard for? Then hang it infront of wherever you work. Whenever you lose that fire within you, you take a quick look, day dream a little, and get right back into it.

Practico ejercicios de respiración consciente, mantengo hábitos saludables y desconecto cuando es necesario para preservar mi energía y enfoque.
