Two things have worked best for me. 1. Encouraging the team to experiment smartly with solutions to a problem. Understanding that there isn’t always a perfect answer to a business problem means opening up to the possibility of multiple solutions and learning from each one. 2. Encouraging “generalism” - it’s okay for various members on a team to contribute to problems they haven’t encountered before or that aren’t necessarily in their “domains”. It’s one of the best ways to drive learning about different areas, encounter new perspectives and even ignite a new interest.

Failures are only deemed as lessons and be clear with some stakeholders and management you're running the teams this sway so there might be some initial challenges but long-term this is the way forward.
