There are 3 parameters to prioritise Ad Channels. 1. Role along the Funnel - TOFU MOFU BOFU 2. Impact - absolute measure of success - Reach, Impressions, Clicks, Shares, Likes, Leads, Qualified Leads, Sales, referrals.... 3. Cost Efficiency. Prioritise Channels sequentially, from point 1 to 3 above. In General, Within a Funnel Stage, Cost Efficiency is Supreme, as Impact builds across channels.
