we are body and soul , having a morning routine with : exercice 30 mn , cold shower , hot coco , tea or coffee while writing with your hand and a pen on a notebook , all in one hour , writing with total freedom , knowing that quantity and quality does not matter ! as the poet René Char wrote : « les mots savent de nous ce que nous ne savons pas encore » . All in one hour , what is an hour in 24 hours when with time and régularity this hour is your best asset .

Mindfulness is incredibly powerful to help one stay in not just a state of calm but also create a more sustainable action plan for what needs to be taken care off in the moment. Instead of running from one task to the next and feeling a constant state of overwhelm, mindfulness opens the door for pockets to reset and create.

Mindful Breathing: Take a few moments throughout the day to focus on your breath. Short Breaks: Schedule short breaks to step away from your work. Use this time to stretch, take a walk, or practice a quick meditation. Mindful Eating: When you have meals or snacks, take the time to eat mindfully. Set Intentions: At the beginning of your day or work session, set a clear intention for what you want to accomplish. This can create a sense of purpose and direction. Digital Detox: Limit your screen time, especially on social media, to reduce distractions and mental clutter. Movement: Incorporate physical activity into your day, whether it’s a quick workout, yoga, or simply stretching. Movement can help release tension and boost your mood.

Create one pattern break each day to feel grounded and in command. Changing schedules throw your control away. Attend to all schedules that are necessary then key in one thing that brings control & uplift for you. It could be a short nap, quick window shopping for a coveted piece, call to someone you have disconnected with. Unattended tasks tend to bring powerlessness As you do that one action, you bring back control. That brings back groundedness too

Mindfulness is something that is not just in your head, it is a mean of being in your best form overall, let it be mind and body both. Have a changing work schedule is something that can always get along with easily, I do following; - Always wake up with a few deep breaths - have your morning routine - read your milestones (expected and always keep it 80-20). Making sure you know what is to be achiveved how you do it make it with multiple approaches - Take breaks in a cyclic manner instead of burning and then breaking, cyclic increases productivity - Revisit full day on closure of the work routine and be happy for what you have closed in the day
