La Gestión de la Energía es compleja y puede involucrar mucha cantidad de información. Por tal motivo, debe preparse la información específica para cada función, de acuerdo al uso que deban darlen los distintos involucrados. Cada involucrado en la Gestión de la Energía debe recibir la información mínima necesaria, ya procesada en un lenguaje simple y comprensible a su perfil. La Norma de Gestión de la Energía según ISO 50001, incluye requisitos en esta línea, para establecer una estrategia comunical. Distinto es el caso del equipo técnico, que sí debe poseer un conocimiento profundo, y competencias técnicas para procesar e interpretar los datos de consumo de energía.

To make these tools easier to use, we could also create a simple user guide explaining how to navigate the dashboard and get the most out of it.

Define the energy sources, define the consumers(loads), the relationship between both of them as well, unify the measurement unit (Joule for example)visualize that relationship based on the time domain and determine the energy drivers. Hence the rest is easy to deliver the information.

For example, financial stakeholders may focus on cost savings, while technical teams require performance metrics. Frame the data within familiar scenarios, such as how specific energy usage changes impacted operational costs or efficiency in the past. Align data with organizational KPIs or sustainability goals, showing how understanding the data contributes directly to achieving them.
