La gestión de la comunicación es la mayor herramienta en la gestión de proyectos. Para mi una herramienta para garantizar la comunicación directa es el parafraseo, esto permite asegurar que el.mensaje fue entendido correctamente por el receptor del mensaje. Por otro lado el clasificar la información y generar una correcta custodia y clasificación también garantiza que la información llegue de la forma adecuada a la persona indicada. Estos elementos narrados son clave a la hora de gestionar equipos y/o proyectos de cualquier índole

En mi experiencia considero que sin inversión no hay retorno y no solo hablo de temas economicos. Sino le garantizas a tu equipo herramientas ( procesos, equipos, herramientas, acceso a conocimiento experto y de vanguardia) no será posible esperar ni la calidad, ni presicion, ni la eficacia del trabajo a realizar por el equipo. En este punto también es importante mencionar que la innovacion es clave para la mejora de resultados y parte de la inversión de recursos y tiempo debe ser en la innovación como herramienta de cambio.

First you need to determine the root cause for why your team missed the original goal. Was it weather/saftey shutdowns? What regulatory agencies are you governed by? Did they affect production? Second are you mistaking movement for progress? Many large projects staff up heavy in the beginning, creating a large billable work force without a sufficient need for actual work, causing busy work. It has been my experience that more money is waisted at the start of a project then any other time.
