A quick catch up with everyone on board to understand where they are would help immensely to check the gravity of the problem. Post which the following steps can be taken to speed up things. 1. Team huddles - Daily tracker on what was done, where the team is everyday and prioritising the next step each day 2. A defined lead of the project on every single team, who would be responsible to speed up things, help his team mates navigate problems. 3. Constant prioritisation of work, getting complicated things done first and easy ones stacked up as things get moving.
