An example I’ve seen is to give some real life examples which are easy to understand for everyone. For example if I would like to explain an electrical circuit I will do this with water flows.

I agree that all 3 options are crucial only that if I have to rank them: 1.- Promote and encourage continuous learning 2.- Offer hands-on-training. Mentorship is also important, identifying on your team those who know more and that are willing to train.
