Cuando se desarrolla un proyecto de innovación tecnológica, la opción de que los resultados no sean los planteados, es parte de los riesgos que se deben asumir, la esencia de la innovación tecnológica es precisamente invertir en una experiencia y aprendizaje. Por lo mismo anterior, es que antes de partir con la implantación, lo primero es trabajar con los equipos y colocarse en todos los escenarios de éxito o no éxito (no se debe hablar de fracaso). Aún así si el equipo no supera la experiencia, es importante tener considerado un plan de mejoras para el proyecto, realizar cierre del proyecto dando cuenta de los resultados parciales positivos y como esos resultados u objetivos secundarios si se pueden extra polar a otro proyecto.

Olá a todos que estarão lendo, No formato de equipe quando se tem uma decepção tecnológica por não conseguir avançar uma etapa, se volta duas ou três etapas antes desse ocorrido, identificar ou reconhecimento aos passos iniciais e aos problemas existentes e futuros. Dar uma pausa de dois dias para as pessoas reformularem suas ideias na cabeça e também aliviar o ponto de estresse após esse período interno voltar novamente com a mente e corpo mais frescos e alinhados para então atingir o melhor desempenho e o objetivo futuro dentro da ferramenta tecnológica desempenhada naquela função. A confiança da equipe? Antes de mais nada, para a equipe que está trabalhando numa inovação tecnológica precisa antes de iniciar o trabalho ter essa consciência que o resultado esperado pode não ser atingido e isso faz parte. Em inovação, não há fracasso, há aprendizado e quando não atingimos o resultado esperado essa é uma ótima oportunidade de repensar no que não havíamos pensado e corrigir o problema e tentar novamente. Em inovação não existe erro e nem culpa, mas sim aprendizados e novas tentativas!
