Democracy doesn't mean it has to be participatorial, everybody doesn't have good ideas on every subject, nor does everybody want to express themselves on every subject. However, it is important, those who have great ideas on a given subject and those who really want their voices to be heard be heard. If time is limited, you need good and intuitive leaders that can quickly identify and pick out the ideas to adopt. There should be a message box, for example, where everyone can write to express, and some mechanism for the few urgent voices to stand out, like in a tribe, when someone yells really strongly and rush to the leader to say which direction to go to avoid real danger, the leader should pay attention and hear him out.

To value everyone's idea, I always acknowledge their contributions. And to ensure that their points are heard, I prioritize the ideas. When racing against the clock, it's essential to balance efficiency with inclusivity. Starting by defining the goal and criteria for ideas, allocation of time to each voice is much needed along with the encouragement of teammates to listen without interruption as this will lead to unnecessary debates/discussions. Then better to have a neutral/third party that can keep discussions on track, ensure equal participation, and mediate the conflicting ideas. Then after finding a way, divide the roles to each member as per their designation.
