Theoretically, some key team members with influence should have participated in the selection and the design of the transition. If however there is still plenty of resistance, the key is to personally provide an example, make sure that some early adopters are motivated to act as champions/ambassadors, who support the rest on-the-job and promote ways to improve daily work through the usage of the new tools.
