First I’ll listen and understand what makes them feel that way Second I’ll explain my current schedule and the way we are working Third Open a discussion with the whole team about the current scenario and what are the chances we can look into to fasten the process and try to look for gaps and also provide the new plan layout with better feedback. To address doubts about my deadline management skills, I would: 1. Listen to concerns and acknowledge them. 2. Provide a detailed plan with clear milestones. 3. Share progress proactively through regular updates. 4. Collaborate to foster confidence and team ownership. 5. Deliver ahead of expectations where possible. 6. Reflect afterward to ensure continuous improvement. By demonstrating transparency, preparation, and consistent results, I’ll not only prove my reliability but also strengthen trust within the team. If I've drawn a realistic timeline and considered all factors, delays should be negligible. If my colleague doubts this, I’d like to understand their concerns and invite suggestions for improvement. If their points are valid, I'll incorporate them. At the end of the day, this project is for the team and the company—not my personal glory.

I would start by communicating clearly with the team member to understand their concerns. Then, I would demonstrate my capability by breaking down the project into manageable tasks, creating a detailed timeline, and setting realistic milestones. Regular updates on progress and early identification of potential risks would show my proactive approach to meeting deadlines. Additionally, I would seek feedback and collaborate effectively to ensure everyone is aligned.
