A successful company is one which has a clear mission, vision and strategy. Yearly, quarterly amd monthly objectives are short term goals and if the entire organisation is focused on this they will miss the broader picture and end up losing. If the strategy is prepared after detailed deliberations then it is easy to identify the growth drivers and company needs to invest on it, even if it means spending more on growth opportunities. Every successful company has a clear mapped out strategy and they put a budget for growth opportunities. Employee growth is also linked with company growth so I will tell my team to allocate budget for growth and also dedicate their efforts for company's growth as they will also grow along with Company.
