Primeiro, identifico as causas do atraso e defino prioridades.

To help a team catch up on project deadlines, I’d first identify the root causes of delays through open discussions. Clear priorities and breaking tasks into manageable chunks would ensure focus on critical deliverables. I’d provide necessary support, such as resolving blockers, offering additional resources, or facilitating knowledge sharing. Collaboration would be encouraged to foster teamwork and efficient problem-solving. Recognizing efforts and celebrating small wins would help boost morale, while regular check-ins would ensure alignment and quick adjustments. By leading by example and creating a supportive environment, I’d motivate the team to regain momentum and achieve project goals effectively
